Bruna ficou de nos contar as próximas novidades à medida que elas forem surgindo! Parabéns ao grupo pela iniciativa! O responsável pelo vídeo abaixo me informou que eles farão duas apresentações nos dais 23 e 24 de junho!
Acabo de descobrir que em 23 de maio de 2010 a Jane Austen Society of Florence e o L’Atelier de Danse organizaram um evento chamado The Jane Austen Day, na Villa Gerini, perto de Florença, Itália. O Baile aconteceu entre 20:00 e 02:00 e foi apresentado um programa de danças típicas da regência, conduzida pelo Maestro Donald Francis. Descobri que existe uma página da Jane Austen Society of Florence no facebook, vou procurar maiores informações e depois comunico à vocês. Confiram o vídeo abaixo!
Introduces our friends, The Hampshire Regency Dancers who will be coming to Oxford to engage in a dance instruction of the period on Sunday, June 27th 11am – 3pmCome along, have fun and be taught with the help of experts in historical dance who walk the figures through in advance, practice any new steps and then dance them to the music of the period. Some of the dances are lively, but others are slow and stately such as those you have seen in film or television adaptations of her work.
